Did you know that some smoking cessation programs are tax deductible? Click on this link http://www.irs.gov/publications/p502/ar02.html#d0e2013, and scroll down to "Stop-smoking programs" for more information!

Do you want to:

  • breathe easier?
  • lower your blood pressure?
  • improve your circulation?
  • diminsh your risk of heart disease?
  • regain your senses of taste and smell?
  • save money?
  • have fresher smelling breath, hair, and clothes?

You can become smoke-free!

No need for endless counseling sessions, or  becoming a faceless entity in a "hypnosis mill". Become smoke-free with our unique combination of counseling and hypnotherapy that is tailored to your individual needs. We work together until you reach your goal!

You might want to consider using other tools, as well, to minimize withdrawal, such as the patch, an antidepressant, or other physical support your physician might recommend. However, hypnotherapy and counseling can be, and has been done, without those aids, and can ofer you tools to help you manage withdrawal symptoms. That said, the more tools you use, the easier the process it will be to become a non-smoker. Remember, the goal is to become smoke-free.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Discover and utilize personal alternatives to smoking behaviors using hypnotherapy
  • Effectively manage cravings using Neurolinguistic Programming methods
  • Engage helpful relaxation techniques
  • Enhance your progress using self-hypnosis
  • Manage your stress using a personalized CD, created in the office and based on your needs
  • Receive written information about smoking cessation to support your goal
  • Successfully manage cravings and triggers with a CD, created with your input

Which treatment option will you choose?
Option 1: Four sessions, in which we cover the following:
  •  Intake (required)
  • Dealing with withdrawal and triggers (required; obtain a CD to support your goals)
  • Identify and resolve problem behaviors and/or learn effective techniques to deal with cravings
  • Identify and resolve problem behaviors and/or learn self-hypnosis

In addition, you could choose any of the following options, or simply request support sessions for the final two sessions, to enable you to maintain your goal. Learn:

  • Stress management (and obtain a CD to support your goals)
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Thinking like a non-smoker
  • Managing limiting beliefs
  • Dealing with conflicting desires
In the unlikely event you return to smoking, if you choose option one, you are guaranteed a free follow up session within 6 months of your four sessions.

Option 2: Pay as you go. Take as many sessions, or only the ones you need, from those listed above, to reach your goals. This is the most flexible program, allowing you to take as long, or as short as you need. This is most frequently used by clients who have had success with smoking cessation hypnosis in the past, but who might have relapsed after many years smoke-free.
