Ongoing counseling not covered by insurance will be billed at the full rate. A sliding scale fee is available for those unable to afford the full rate.
Hypnotherapy services not covered by insurance can be discounted when payment is made in advance for a bulk number of sessions. Once those sessions are complete, the discount can be applied to ongoing single sessions. Sessions paid in advance need to be used before one year after the paid date.
Phone sessions are available when both you and the clinician agree it is the best alternative for your care at the time. Insurances do not cover phone sessions, and they must be paid by the client. Session fees are the same as in-office fees.

| Free 1/2 hour initial consult for hypnotherapy and/or counseling when insurance is not used: We will discuss your goals, resolve any questions you might have, and explore your options. If desired, and there is time during your consultation, you may experience a brief hypnotic experience to introduce you to the process.

A retainer is acquired at the first appointment, and client fees are deducted from that retainer at a set hourly rate for each appointment and for work done between appointments. Fees can be paid by credit card, or check. Clients receive a financial contract so they are aware of the costs and deductions prior to signing. Clients are given regular updates regarding the amount paid and owed. When the retainer reaches a certain level, the retainer is replenished. Any monies left over after the case is complete is fully refunded to the clients in an agreed upon manner.

Alcohol and Drug Evaluations
|

Our evaluation fee is comparable to others in the area. Evaluations that are due within five business days, incur extra charges. Payment is to be made in cash, money order, or cashier's check at the beginning of the session for clients to be seen. For extended evaluations, extra charges must be received before the evaluation is sent to the referral source.

Group therapy fees can be covered by insurance. If your insurance does not cover group therapy, affordable fees are offered.
