| Weight loss:
Option 1: 12 Session Package Fee. $1000 to be paid as follows: $150 at intake, with the balance ($850) to be paid at the second session. This is a discount of 20% from the full fee of $1150 if you were to pay per session.
You can pay for any sessions beyond the 12 at a 10% discount when you pay per session ($90), or the 20% discount ($960) if you pay in full for another 12 sessions. The 12 sessions must be used within one year of payment date. Any unused sessions will be charged the full-fee rate, unless you choose to pay another package fee price.
Option 2: 8 Session Package Fee. $680 to be paid as follows: $150 at intake, with the balance ($530) to be paid at the second session. This is a discount of 20% from the full fee of $850 if you were to pay per session.
You can pay for any sessions beyond the 8 at a 10% discount when you pay per session ($90), or the 20% discount ($640) if you pay in full for another 8 sessions. The 8 sessions must be used within one year of payment date. Any unused sessions will be charged the full-fee rate, unless you choose to pay another package fee price.
Option 3: Your choice! You pay the per-session fee ($100 per session).

Smoking cessation
Option 1: Five sessions. The package fee is $440, to be paid as follows: $150 at intake and, should you choose to continue with four more sessions, you would pay the balance of $290 at the second session. If needed, you can take advantage of a free follow up session within 6 months of your complete date. This is a 20% fee reduction from the full price ($550 if paid per session). Should you want further sessions beyond the five, you can pay $90 per session (a 10% discount per session) or pay for another five sessions in full at $400 (a 20% discount).
Option 2: Seven sessions. The package fee is $600, to be paid as follows: $150 at intake and, should you choose to continue with six more sessions, you would pay the balance of $450 at the second session. If needed, you can take advantage of a free follow up session within 6 months of your complete date. This includes seven sessions, plus an optional follow up session if needed. This is a 20% fee reduction from the full price ($750 if paid per session). Should you want further sessions, you can pay $90 per session (a 10% discount per session), pay for five sessions at $450 (a 10% discount), or pay for another seven sessions at $6300 (a 20% discount).
Option 3: Pay as you go. The cost is $100 per session.
