| Smoking Cessation Support Group
Are you ready to quit smoking?
Do you:
|
|
If so this group is for you.
Quitting smoking can be difficult. Many people who smoke have tried, unsuccessfully, to quit numerous times, using various methods. There are few community support systems in place to aid in remaining smoke-free, and the availability and addictive nature of nicotine (and other chemicals in cigarettes), add to the challenge.
Joining a group, whose participants have similar goals, increases your chances of remaining smoke-free over the long term. When you discuss your struggles, get feedback, acquire support, learn new tools to quit, and are accountable to others, your chance for success increases.
Join this group and accomplish your goal to be smoke-free!
